Alison is knowledgeable and professional while at the same time warm and authentic. She did an outstanding job facilitating an all-day education and coaching event centered on improving negotiation skills for members of our Womens INtrapreneur Network (WIN). The day consisted of small group learning sessions, a mentoring lunch, and a large group presentation: “WIN-WIN Advantage” where attendees learned valuable and practical negotiation tips. Alison customized her presentation to meet the unique needs of women in the workforce. Through the use of science, humor and storytelling, Alison kept the audience engaged. In order to reinforce learning, Alison recorded three podcasts that were then launched over the following weeks.
