I started my career as a consultant for McKinsey, and then earned by PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. I am a tenured business professor at the University of North Carolina. As an international keynote speaker and facilitator, I have over 15 years of experience counseling corporate, military, and women’s leadership audiences.
