WORK WOULD BE EASY IF IT WEREN’T FOR THE PEOPLE

If you’ve ever had a similar thought, you’re in good company. You need to influence and collaborate with others to succeed, but getting people to do what you want isn’t easy. In fact, it often feels like the hardest part of the job.

THIS IS WHERE ALISON COMES IN

As an organizational psychologist and expert in human behavior, Alison helps smart people become “people smart.” People are predictable, and knowing how gives you a strategic advantage. With a relaxed, relatable style, Alison delivers the cutting-edge science you need to understand, then solve, your toughest people problems.

When we don’t understand people, we can’t influence them. When we can’t influence them, conflict emerges. When conflict emerges, relationships & performance suffer.

MEET ALISON FRAGALE

My expertise and passion is bringing the science of human behavior to audiences in a way that is enjoyable, understandable, and useful.

By helping leaders become “people smart,” I give them the tools to build teams and organizations that are diverse and inclusive, efficient and effective, people-centered and performance-driven.

I started my career as a consultant for McKinsey, and then earned by PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. Now, I am a tenured business professor at the University of North Carolina. As an international keynote speaker and facilitator, I have over 15 years of experience counseling corporate, military, and women’s leadership audiences.

I love bringing psychology to the world.
I love making people laugh while they learn.
I love math. And French fries.

I would love to talk with you.

Alison delivered an amazing professional training and team-building experience. Her negotiation workshop was one of the best executive development programs I’ve ever observed. As impressed as I was by the depth of experience, research and analysis she brought to her presentation, I was even more impressed by the way she brought the engagement to life in the room with her brilliance and focus.

Alison approaches topics of negotiation, power, influence and leadership with a deep knowledge of the most relevant and current research in the area while making it tangible, accessible and most importantly, actionable for her audience. Her energy and passion for delivering insights that can help executives grow sticks with you – I have talked to participants years later who were with Alison for only an hour who talk about how her session helped them in a recent negotiation.
